Birthday card #2- STB

Hey there!

Here's another colorful birthday card for the 200th challenge at seize the birthday challenges.

I was inspired by the color splashed background in their logo.

I scribbled white cardstock with zig brush pens and sprayed it with water to allow the colors to blend with each other. Love zig brush pens for their bright colors. I used this cardstock for the border, heat embossed butterflies and sentiment.

The background is dry embossed using a stencil. I placed the butterflies at different angles on the cardbase.

The finished card reminded me of a festival here in India, Holi. Colors everywhere! This festival looks cooler in movies though! It's been a while since I celebrated Holi with colors coz we don't have a holiday for this particular festival at my workplace :(

Materials: Classic white cardstock (Itsy bitsy), icraft stencil, Zig clean brush pens, wow gold sparkle / white embossing powder, sentiment (dress my craft, sss), stamp (stampendous).
